Purification boards are increasingly being used in factory construction, so how should we choose purification boards?
Firstly, the ceiling and wall panels of the clean room should be non combustible and organic composite materials should not be used.
1. The fire resistance limit of the ceiling and wall panels should not be less than 0.4 hours.
2. The fire resistance limit of the evacuation aisle ceiling should not be less than 1.0 hours.
The bending bearing capacity of the metal faced sandwich panel used in the clean room when the deflection is L/250 (L is the distance between supports).
1. The purification board wall panel should not be less than 0.5kN/m2.
2. The ceiling of the purification board should not be less than 1.2kN/m2.
The surface of the board is flat and smooth, without cracks, with tight interfaces, and no particles falling off. It is resistant to cleaning and disinfection.
1. Not producing or producing less dust (bacteria), resistant to friction, water washing, and anti-static.
2. The biological clean room should be resistant to the corrosion of disinfectant solution and aging and fragmentation.
