The insulation effect of adhesive powder polystyrene particle insulation slurry is also relatively average, and as a roof insulation material, it has far higher requirements for construction technology than other materials. The advantage is that the material is recyclable and relatively environmentally friendly.
4. Polyurethane foam material
Polyurethane foam materials have multiple colors to choose from, with materials that are hard and dry. Its thermal conductivity is only 0.02-0.035 watts per square meter, which not only provides excellent insulation and waterproof performance, but also makes polyurethane foam materials very suitable for roof insulation, which is slightly expensive.
5. Phenolic foam insulation board
As closed cell foam, phenolic insulation material has a thermal conductivity between 0.020 and 0.025, which not only has good thermal insulation effect, but also has good waterproof and fireproof performance, light weight and easy construction. Therefore, phenolic foam insulation board is very suitable for roof insulation.
