This is a phenolic insulation board, which is made of phenolic insulation board with one side composite aluminium glass cloth foil, one side composite kraft paper, or composite double-sided aluminium glass cloth foil. The product density is 40-60kg/cubic meter, and the usage temperature is generally -159-200 ℃. It is mainly used for tunnel insulation and internal and external wall insulation. The high-quality aluminium glass cloth foil composite surface can effectively reflect heat source radiation and improve freeze-thaw resistance. Because the core material of the product is phenolic insulation board, which is a closed cell foam structure with its own characteristics of fire resistance and flame retardancy. With an oxygen index of 50, it will not burn in case of fire, carbonize at high temperature, and will not melt or shrink. It is a thermosetting B1 class fireproof material. The thermal conductivity is between 0.022 and 0.025, so the insulation effect is outstanding, which can effectively maintain heat, cold, waterproof, fireproof, and freeze-thaw resistance.
