The test shall be conducted according to GB / T 10294 or GB / T 10295, and the arbitration shall be conducted according to GB / T 10294.
6.4 compressive strength
Avoid 100 mm from the edge or end, take three test pieces with length, width of (100 ± 1.0) mm. (100 ± 1.0) mm and thickness of the original thickness on both sides, and conduct the test according to the provisions of GB / T 8813. The moving speed of the loading indenter is: one tenth of the thickness of the test piece / minute, record the compressive stress under 10% stress, take the arithmetic mean value of the test results of the three test pieces on the same surface, keep two significant figures, and take the smaller value as the result.
6.5 bending strength
Avoid 100 mm from the edge or end, take three test pieces with length of (120 ± 1.0) mm, width of (25 ± 1.0) mm and thickness of the original thickness on both sides, and conduct the test according to the provisions of GB / T 8812. When the bending deflection reaches the original thickness of the test piece, stop loading. Calculate the bending strength of the product according to formula (1), take the arithmetic mean value of the test results of three test pieces on the same surface, accurate to 0.1 MPa, and take the smaller value as the result.
